This calculator provides a simple means to determine psychrometric properties and provide calculations for cooling and heating processes. Four processes are currently supported:

• Sensible cooling or heating of a single airstream. This option would be used to size a furnace.
• Cooling or heating of a single airstream where either dehumidification or humidification occurs. This option would be used to size an air conditioning unit or a combination furnace and humidifier.
• Injecting water vapor or steam into a single airstream for humidification. This option would be used to size a humidifier.
• Mixing two airstreams to determine resulting state.

Psychrometric properties are calculated using the Hyland and Wexler formulations.
